The Cambridge Minor Bantam MD Hawks have done it again, winning the "Presidential Power Play" tournament in Rochester New York. The MD Hawks completed an unprecedented season sweep of their tournaments, having previously won the "Ace Bailey" in Stoney Creek, the "Cambridge MD Festival" and the "Gretzky International Tournament" in Brantford. The Minor Bantam MD Hawks have done it again, bringing home the Gold from the Wayne Gretzky International tournament in Brantford over the Christmas holidays. This is the Hawks' third tournament win in what is turning into a banner season. The Hawks played 6 games, winning 5 of them - the last one in dramatic fashion. The round robin portion of the tourney saw the Hawks defeat the Ancaster Avalanche 4 to 3, the Guelph Gryphons 3 to 2 and the Brantford Saints 7 to 4. The Cambridge MD Hawks were victorious as the host in the Cambridge MD Festival tournament. The Hawks went 6 and 0 for the weekend, scoring 27 goals while only surrendering 5. 

Hawks win their tournament in Stoney Creek with a 4 to 1 victory over Oakville. Cambridge Minor Bantam MD Hawks were victorious at the recent “Ace Bailey” OMHA AE tournament in Stoney Creek. The Hawks went 4 and 1 over the weekend, defeating the Oakville Rangers for the Tournament Championship.   In the first game of the tournament, Christian Ferraro, completed a Hat Trick effort with an overtime goal to defeat the Hamilton Blue Huskies 5 to 4. The Cambridge Minor Bantam MD Hawks have advanced to the finals after a 3 to 2 semi-final win over the Flamborough Sabres at the Ace Bailey AE Tournament, in Stoney Creek. The Hawks face off against the Oakville Rangers, last years OMHA Champions in the finals.
