Team fitness training will be taking place on February 6, 13 and 20 during our first round of playoffs. The training will be taking place indoors at Preston Auditorium Lower Hall from 7:30-8:30pm. Dri-fit shirts, shorts and dry running shoes are required to be worn. Please bring your own water bottles.
